i recently changed bank accounts using the bank account switch service, but my now tv did not switch and now apparently my account is overdue due to no fault of my own.
I updated my payment details over a month ago on the now tv website, but they still havent taken the most recent payment either (which was due after i updated my payment details).
I tried calling this morning, but after giving my postcode, address, phone number and name, they are still unable to accept payment because i cant tell the phone operator how much my last bill was. Why do they need to know so much information for me to make a payment, its not as if i am withdrawing money from my account?
i do not have time to call up, is there a way to do this without phoning them, as they are threatening to cut off my broadband?
