Your payment is overdue

We normally only have the entertainment package but last month we bought a cinema package.

I cancelled the cinema package straightaway so that it would not be renewed.

Now we have an email saying that payment is overdue and with this message - You won't be able to buy any new NOW TV Passes until your payment has been made.

 

We want to continue with the entertainment package and payment is due on the 9th May.

 

I went in to check my payment details but it will not display them, it keeps returning to the home screen.

 

Any pointers please?
