Your NOW TV Pass will be cancelled soon

Hi all,

 

Despite being up to date with my payment, I receiving emails from mppglobal to tell me that "We've been in touch a few times recently to let you know that we'll have to cancel your NOW TV Month Pass if you don't update your saved payment details before your next payment date."

 

mppglobal is the company working with nowtv to deal with billing.

 

This is really annoying. My payment details are up to date and payments were made with no issues in the last few months. 

 

Any suggestion as it is impossible to speak to someone at nowtv? (I sent them an email but no reply yet).
