“You’ve already used your 3 device swaps you need to wait untill next month”

  • I can’t seem to watch anything on my NOWTV account. I have no devices registered and I have also waited a whole month to see if the message stops popping up. I’ve paid for a 6month entertainment pass and also paying for a sky cinema pass. My money is being taken for no reason. This is unfair. Please let me know how to fix this issue

Though they might be a bit busy at the moment, explaining to lots of people that series on NowTV come and go, and GoT is no exception Smiley Sad

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
