You have cancelled my subscription AGAIN.

You keep cancelling my subscription to the F1 channel which I have PAID FOR. FIX IT.

This is the only communication which MIGHT get a human response. The chat thing is useless.

@Anonymous User Just for clarity, is this a monthly spots pass you’ve bought? Or something else? I ask because there is no such thing as an F1 only pass, which is (kind of) implied by your post.

Just an additional question to @Mark_Weinreb did you perhaps purchase a day membership instead?

Was your account charged £11.99 or more like £20/£33.99?
