Hi,
Having had no issues, today both my Series X and Project Scorpio both won't load Now TV video. I get an error load player issue.
I have no such issue on a smart phone or tablet making me think it's the actual xbox app thats at fault.
Never the less I have restarted the router, cleared the xbox caches, factory reset both xboxs, changed the dns settings as other posts have suggested.
I am with Virgin Media using a Hub 3.0.

According to NOW over on Twitter it's the Xbox end and they are on the case.
Reading other Tweets, it's also happening on Netflix, Disney + etc.
I don't own an Xbox to check either NOW App, Netflix App etc.

There are a number of posters reporting Xbox issues today. Get on to support using the Chat online button here and mention that there are are widespread reports on the NOW Community.

Thanks @schnapps shame that NOW prefer to use other media rather than their own platform to convey such information to the detriment of those of us who don't use face/twit. 😕
