I have been charge this last 2 months for a pass that doesn't exist in my account. I already tried the account finder and just come up with one account and that account does not have any passes. I already called to my bank 2 months ago to cancel this and is always coming up. Not having any contact with help center or customers it is a crap service. How can now tv don't have even an online chat to solve problems, what is this a joke??!!

There are a couple of things, another account could have been created using the same payment details.
