Wrongly charged

Signed up for a free trial but received an email stating that I had to update my payment details as it did not go through, as I didn't get any other email I just assumed the trial did not work and so I didn't make an attempt to watch anything. Just checked my bank card and they've taken money from me twice. How do I go about getting a refund considering it was not within the last 24 hours?

You still needed to cancel the memberships you taken out as part of the trial.
