Wrongly charged

Iv cancelled my now tv pass, iv set up a password to not buy the passes and finally I have changed my debit card. Now tv are still managing to take money from my account even though I have cancelled. Iv been on the website and its absolutely useless cant fine what im looking for, live chat only answers questions they want to answer and the get in touch button takes you again to the questions that they want to answer. Found a contact number to call someone and they can't deal with now tv only deals with broadband issues. All in all rubbish service. Finally I only have one now tv account.

If I were you, I would double check this link to make sure there are no duplicate accounts with the same payment details.
