Wrongful charged

I have been charged twice this month 22.00 for the broading fee. Today and yesterday, I recieved the payment notifications twice. could anyone help me? @

If it's relating to NOW Broadband (not TV Memberships) then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team tomorrow by using the telephone number on the link below or drop them a message using the "web form" from the same link.

 

The telephone helpline number for NOW Broadband customers is open between 8 am to 8pm.
