Wont let me update payment details

I need to change my card details but everytime i click on the link it just loads back to the home screen

wont let me update my bank card details i do have money in my account a message comes up in Red letters saying Oops theres something wrong and a Error code 1014 payment not authorised what does that mean and what can i do to fix this thankyou

Hi did you ever get this resolved / get a reply to this? Same thing is happening to me , getting daily emails asking to update but it always takes me to sign up page instead. Tried to call their number ended up getting through to Sky Business for whatever reason. Would be good to know if you managed to get this resolved and how thanks!
