Hi I've had some trouble with the entertainment pass. I had a month trial, then wanted to pay and keep using it, but for some reason even though the card is completely OK because I checked with my bank it always tells me they were unable to take the payment. I have no idea how to solve this anymore,... Also, this means I cannot cancel and that's driving me crazy, because I was watching on my TV via PlayStation now TV app and it works 1 out of 10 times I turn it on... What can I do? I am sick of this circle already 😔 I had trouble with canceling before, but I was abroad so I assumed that was the reason, I have no idea why is it not working now.

If it's not allowing you to cancel it could be due to a payment trying to be processed or some error message due to your browser configuration. Probably best in this case to have a word with live chat and see if they can help you. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.

Thanks, the pass ended up being canceled, although I still don't understand why it wouldn't take my payment at all from the card. Wish there was an option to pay with paypal. For now, everything is OK.
