Have been trying to pay online and it won’t let me. I have entered all my details properly, and I tried so many times but nothing

I have tried 3 times to pay my bill the morning and it won’t let me know it’s saying if I don’t pay within 10 days they are going to cancel my line! And there is no contact number to call to get this sorted so can someone please tell me what I am mean to do?

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460
If not I would then recommend using the Live chat about the refund.

Im having the same issues every time they tried to take money out it was not transferred from my isa and the chat bot thing is useless

Same here, rang up to try and pay guy didnt even understand english how am i suppose to pay? An online option would be nice or even just an automated phone line!!

Ditto!!! They send reminders,but don't give you an easy option to pay!!!
I've never known a more mismanaged company,seriously!

Yeah i have just tried and u normally can. Phone lines dont open till 8. Should really have an automated service if they are going to stop online payments!!!
