Will Not let me cancel my Sports membership

I can cancel my cinema, boost account etc but there is no option online to cancel my sports membership. The online chat is predictably useless. Please help as otherwise this is stealing.

Where did you take your membership out? 

If it wasn't through the website, then it will no doubt be via an app store like Google Play, Amazon etc.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thanks - it was through the website but it looks like its been resolved
