My monthly bill is £34.98
On the 12h of August I purchased a sport day pay at £7.99
my amount of £7.99 was charged on my bank account on the 15th of august
my monthly bill has since changed to £42.97
why?

When you go to Bills & Payments on here what does it say ?
The increase of your monthly bill seems to have increased by £7.99 according to your post, which is either a day sports pass or an entertainment pass.
Hopefully the Bills & Payment section will show the reason for the change of prices.
