Why is it hard to resolve issues

I had BB & Calls with Sky and wanted to switch to NOW because I've had an account with NOW for years. Had confirmation of switch date but no router received (paid for that upfront) nor evidence that I've been switched.

So frustrating that it's so difficult to get an answer / contact NOW  as all attempts get rejected. If this an example of your customer service it doesn't bode well. Can someone from Customer service please contact me to help?

When is your activation date?

 

My understanding is that you should get the hub a few days before it goes active and you should get a tracking number so you can track with royal mail. 

Have a nosy at this link for all relevant information in relation to ordering with NOW.
