Is this a new account set up with a new device?
If a new device did you activate a pass which came with it, either a paper pass or a built in pass which is activated online?
If the above are the case then on setting up a 10p payment is taken and refunded to check the payment method. Any trial pass will renew when it expires unless cancelled, see the termas and conditions which came with the device.
Suggest you go online and check the status of your passes and cancel any you are not wanting, they will then not renew and no charges will be incured.
