Why don't my expiry dates and renewal dates match?

My expiry dates are November and October but my renewal date is September?

 

Also I'm on a free pass but I've been billed this month.

Why is there no dedicated support for this service?

This is getting to be more trouble than its worth

What device are you using when checking your passes where the NowTV App is limited on viewing peoples passes more than a month in advance.

The  best way is to go the nowtv website with your internet browser and select Passes & Vouchers and if you click on the drop down arrow below the cancel button it should expand the full pass information.

Also, double check under Bills & Payments that they match with your bank statement.

If it doesn't show your passes until October & November, could it be possible that you have created multiple accounts.

Check all your email addresses for nowtv correspondence and all your playback devices matches the log in details on here when checking your passes.
