Why do I need to pay extra?

Hello,

I have an active Entertainment Month Pass but when I tried to see Big Little Lies Season 2 I was being asked to pay for it. I was definitely logged in with the right account and the Pass is definitely active. Why do I need to pay more?

what are you trying to watch it on? Now tv stick? Pc? Phone? Tablet?

Huh, it now isn;'t showing up at all on my list...

Thanks for replying - I guess I'll cancel my NowTV subscription and buy the series on Prime or something if I really want to watch it that badly.

This is available on catch up under Sky Atlantic if you have the Entertainment pass active in your account there is no reason why it is asking you to purchase a new pass
