Why change in price, when I'm clearly signed 12 months contract

Hello there, 

 

I signed a 12 months contract with 25GBP a month, for Now, Fab broadband. It's only 3 months and now received an email about the price change. Why would I pay extra when a 12 months contract is signed? 

 

Can someone give me a number for customer service, where I can call and get my query sorted?

You will be pay the offer price until it expires.

 

You will then pay the new price unless you call in the last month of your contract and see if you can get a renewal deal.
