Impossible to see bills in my account, "No recent transactions" / "No upcoming payments".
I've been a customer for about a year and a half and never have been able to see bills - but definitely getting charged and an internet connection!
Anyone else having the same issue? The website is pretty crappy.

Is it possible you created two NOW accounts?
Double check your previous NOW email correspondence when you signed up to NOW for the email address you used.
If you only have setup a single account, perhaps try a different internet browser or another browser device when accessing your account or if you have mobile data try that with your smartphone.
Other than that get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team if you are a NOW Broadband account customer using any of the communication methods on the link below.
