Why are you saying my account payment is overdue?

Last month you sent me an email saying you couldn't take money out of my account because you didn't have the card details (which I had given you). After phoning you (premium rate) I was assured that you now had those details and that my payment would go through automatically. Today I received another email saying the same thing. When I checked my payments with the online account it states that my next payment is not due until 27th of this month and is for a lesser amount than the email states. Please explain why I am getting these emails.

@Anonymous User this is a customer to customer forum so no one here can help with your billing.

If this is a broadband related issue you can call to resolve the issue but if this is TV related there is no telephone help.

One thing to note, Now do not use premium rate numbers, only 0800 or 0330, so if the number you rang is different it's a chance you've called a scam call centre (hence why your problem hasn't been resolved).
