Why am i paying for a channel i didnt ask for?

I have been checking bank statements and have realised that I am paying to have Hayu each month which is a Channel I have on Prime Video. I never requested to have it on Now TV and am already paying for it through Prime. Why was this added to my package on Now TV as well? I never asked for this Channel and have been paying for it twice!!

Sounds like you might have either accidentially applied the membership by mistake, or worst case someone has your login details and paid for the membership. 

Either way I would recommed setting up a payment PIN just to be on the safe side.

Either way head onto Live chat and explain the situation, hopefully they can sort it out for you.
