Where are the contact numbers to call regarding Broadband Bill query?
I am shocked that NOW TV do not provide any contact numbers on their website. This is by far the worst customer support I've ever seen. It's actually fraudulent to keep taking money off of customers and not provide any way for them to speak with someone about an issue. The Community is not the place to discuss Bill queries. Am I missing something in respect of the lack of a contact number?
After a lot of searching, I've now stumbled across the number to call for NOWTV Broadband. Took a lot of searching and wasted a lot of time unnecessarily. Recommended to NOWTV customer support to make the support number more visible!
