Whats my "username"

Hi,

I've signed up for NowTV on my laptop and all good. Now I want to download the app on my FireTV and watch NOW TV there. 

But the app asks me fro my username to sign in and i don't know it. I've tried my full name with a space and I've tried my email address but neither work.

Any ideas?

Your username is normally the email you signed up with

Your user name  is the name you signed up with which, for most people, is the first part of their email address, i.e. everything before the @ symbol, but I guess you went a different way (why?).

Maybe, if you check out Now TV's Chat Text in the  Help Centre they should be able to tell you what user name you signed up with.

I guess you can't get into your Now TV account, because you don't know your user name, then may I suggest you register a second account, this time noting all the important details, and ask Now TV to delete the first one.
