We're having trouble with vouchers right now...

Same old story...

Received the offer via email for £20 per month for 3 months  sports pass and guess what... next bill shows full charge!  Yes I clicked the “grab offer” button in the email and even tried to enter the code exclusive to me on “apply voucher” and all I see is “We're having trouble with vouchers right now” again and again... Not happy

Bought 2 x 1 week sport passes from Currys. Can’t add either of them. Getting the above message.

I was having the same problem when I went to nowtv.com/sportscard like the pass says on it to do, when I went to account.nowtv.com/passes instead it worked straight away.
