For the past 2 days I have received this message when trying to cancel 2 passes that are about to auto renew.
"We're having trouble displaying your membership details. Please wait a moment and try again."

Best course of action would be to report the fault with NOW staff.
Pop onto live chat, by clicking “chat online”.

Sometimes using a VPN can cause issues when accessing your account.
Also if you have a smartphone with mobile data, then try that has well when accessing your NOW online account.
I'm not using a VPN and can watch nowtv fine.
I will try the online chat tomorrow, call me cynical but I bet everything will work after they've taken my money for the auto renew.
