We're having trouble displaying your membership details Please wait a moment and try again

For the past 2 days I have received  this message when trying to cancel 2 passes that are about to auto renew. 

"We're having trouble displaying your membership details. Please wait a moment and try again."

Anyone else have this problem?

 
I have tried different devices, browsers etc with no luck.
 
Any suggestions?

Best course of action would be to report the fault with NOW staff. 

Pop onto live chat, by clicking “chat online”.

Another option is to send an email to customer support. Address is the picture below.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Sometimes using a VPN can cause issues when accessing your account.

 

Also if you have a smartphone with mobile data, then try that has well when accessing your NOW online account.

I'm not using a VPN and can watch nowtv fine.

 

I will try the online chat tomorrow, call me cynical but I bet everything will work after they've taken my money for the auto renew.
