We couldn't take your payment

I am a new user of NOWTV. I was trying to grab the 20 pounds sky sports pass offer but it said 'we couldn't take your payment' when I was trying to use my Santander Debit Card. It is clear that I have entered my name, address and card number perfectly. Anyone have the same experience with me can help me? I have tried like 20 times but it is still not working. Smiley Sad

I am guessing you have funds available on the card and it's a UK card registered to a UK address and is a Visa or MasterCard ?
