Watching sports on 2 devices

I am unable to watch the sky sports on 2 devices. Not set top boxes

To watch two or three simultaneous NOW streams at the same time you need the extra Boost Membership.

If you don't have Boost you are restricted to one stream per a time where NOW changed the rules last year (BT TV customers can get two but need to follow a certain sequence and one device must be the BT Youview box)

Have you tried signing out and back in on your playback devices.

Also out of curiosity what playback devices have you tried?

Are you seeing an offline error message, where a couple of customers over on NOW Twitter have reported this error in the last few hours ?

Hi thank you for your responses and help we have got it working now. Logged out and back in again and it worked.
