I'm in Spain and trying to watch a movie and all I get is Streaming is not permitted and I don't meet EU roaming rules... I've checked rules and I do??

do you have a trusted friend in the UK? ask them to log in and stream anything. then you should be OK.

Are you using VPN in Spain? If so, that could be the issue. Use your phone data and see if that helps.
