Watching Abroad - no warning before being charged

I just purchased a sky sports day pass to watch the Celtic vs Rangers game. I activated the pass but was then told I can't watch it as I'm not in the UK. I have been in Germany for the last few weeks. I was not told I would be unable to use the pass, but now that it is activated I cannot cancel it. I think this is deeply unfair. Will NOWTV refund me the cost of the pass, given that I cannot use it, and I was not told that I could not use it until I had already activated it?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you purchased the one day sports pass whilst in the UK and didn't activate the pass until when you was in Germany than the pass would have worked.

With regards to a refund you will need to contact nowtv live chat.
