Was told Kids Pass was part of Entertainment Package

Hi I got a NOW TV box at Alton Towers yesterday and they told me that the Kids Pass was part of the Entertainment Pass but my son cannot access any of the Kids content. Any ideas?

kids used to be included but think was last year it changed to a seperate pass think its £2.99 per month.

The kids and entertainment content was combined prior to the Spring of 2016, where after this date nowtv decided to split them has two separate packages, where the kids pass is now at £3.99 per month with the recent price increase and the entertainment pass is £7.99 per month.
