Want to cancel my pass but the website doesn't seem right...

I wanted to cancel my pass so I went to My Account > Passes & Vouchers but the webpage showed some computer programming language without any link or anything to click. Just a blank white page with some programming language... How do I cancel my pass before NOWTV charge me next???

Doesn't work on chrome IE or Firefox.

Just tried to cancel on the app and I cant see an option for that either

when you get tp the manage passes page go to the bottom looking for the contact us button.  I got through to a chat page and they cancelled it for me

It worked for me later. Think it was a webpage issue.
