VERY Frustrated

Trying to see a break down of bills for Broadband / Fibre / Calls. Called Now TV and eventually had info on how to link my accounts. The problem is I no longer own the email I used to sign up with, so they have changed the email to a new one. This is fine, but when trying the link to link accounts it needs the last 4 digits of the payment card and the account number used for the account. I managed to confirm the account number and 1 of the payment cards, but apparently there is another payment card that was used to sign-up, which I no longer have.

 

Tried to link with postcode,last 4 digits of the one that had been confirmed and the account number but just get "Sorry something went wrong - Please use details when signed up over the phone"

 

All I want to do is see a break down of my bills. I'm not going to steal the crown jewels and have confirmed 99% of my security details over the phone to NowTV Support.

 

If I can't get this resolved I might have to cancel and sign up to TalkTalk instead.

So what is it, you cannot access My Account because you have changed details along the way? You won't get any help here I'm afraid, it is just other customers who chip in with general advice. You will need to persevere with the broadband support team to find a way back in.
