Use a Voucher

I recently redeemed a voucher for one month mobile access to sky sport via NOWTV. 

 

I have installed the app however it won't let me watch live tv. It says I need a pass. 

 

I do have a pass and it shows on my account. 

 

Why won't it let me watch live tv?

@Anonymous User with a mobile pass you only get access to 5 of the channels - Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports Action, Sky Sports Arena, Sky Sports Racing and Sky Sports News. If you are selecting one of those channels and it isn't working, you'll need to contact live chat.
