Updating email address

I have a new email address after being locked out of my old one how do I change to my new email without using the link sent to the previous one?

According to the last paragraph of:

...If you no longer have access to the email address registered on your NOW account, you won't be able to update it. Select the Get in touch button on this page to contact us by live chat and we can update it for you.
