Hello! I want to update the card for broadband payment but it doesn't work properly - unlike updating payment for TV passes (which goes to a page asking for card details), the broadband one just shows 'Not found'.
Anyone knows how to fix? Thanks!
I am having same problem. Did you manage to resolve this issue? I tried the call centre but there is a very long waiting time.
Same problem here - must be a bug in their software
I actually spoke to someone on the phone and I gave them all my correct details and they said they weren’t correct so i’m back to square one and can’t update my details nor pay my bill.
