Unwanted sky sports pass

My kids have been messing with my remote And purchased a boost pack and a 9.99 sky sports pass I’ve cancelled the boost but is there anyway I can get the sky sports and the boost refunded or credited so I can use it for a cinema pass I have no use for sky sports pass 

I’ve now put a child pin on my account so this won’t happen again
