Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone from sky can help me via the community since I am not finding any other way to raise my issue.
I have bought on black Friday the sky sports day pass + 4 months Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass Offer for £9.98, however only yesterday I tried to check how it works and only then realized that no only there is no app for Amazon Fire Stick or my Hisense Tv, but you can't do cast with and android device, this is really poor as a customer experience.
Because of this, I haven't used my pass at all so I was hoping either someone can point me to how to request the refund or someone from now tv to help me in getting the refund.

Thank you @gavs82008 that did it.
I have contacted them via chat, the chat agent was really helpful and sorted the issue for me.
