Unstable internet

The internet has been absolutely S**t. Kept dropping and disconencting at the exchange level. The hub has been cycled through tthe channels. Didnt work. I replaced it and cycled the 2nd hub throught he channels. Nothing works. The wireless is absolutely terrible. Doesnt reach 20 feet away or upstairs. 

 

The customer service are completely hopeless. 

They basically told me that since I already gone through all the troubleshooting stuff, the only thing that I can do is to use it through a wired LAN connection via a cabe. 

 

And they wont diconnect my service until its expired in 5 months.
