Unlimited calls package (hang up before 60 mins)

Can somebody clarify that:

1. 0800/0808 and all free numbers can go over the 60 minutes free of charge

2. If you go over the 1 hour, then only the additional minutes are charged for, not the full call

3. internal calls (calling from one cordless phone to the other) is free and no need to hang up before the hour

4. 1571 voicemail is free or chargeable
