A few months ago I cancelled my NOW TV memberships however I have recently found that £9.99 is still being taken out of my account. Why? I had trouble with my bank details late last year and had my card replaced twice. The payments should not be correct as I have no NOW memberships as I was no longer needing the NOW service. I have looked at all FAQs about payments and billing but had no look.
Did you ever get email confirmations stating your memberships were cancelled?

Worthwhile checking to see if you have a duplicate account with the same payment details.
