Hi , my query is not listed in here. Actually I tried to check whether or not I am eligible for free week with now tv I tried my 2 accounts with same card details it showed me that u have to pay 0£ and you already used the free week offer but it deducted 3 pounds from my bank account, I saw it in my bank statement. Please sort this out I want my refund because I haven't buy any pass or subscription.

This is a customer forum, you will have to contact Now TV directly. The £3 sounds like a boost pass, did you get this trial Entertainment Pass + Sky Cinema Pass + NOW TV Boost Pass included?
