Unexpected charge

Hi folks, just checking my bank and I have a pending transaction for £4.99 for now tv. I haven't used the service in months! Chatbot is rubbish and isn't pointing me in the right direction. Without calling can I talk to cs online?

When you go to the payments section of your account what was the payment for? Sounds like it was the Hayu membership

If I were you I would place a payment PIN on your account to prevent any future random charges. Also to be super safe, change your password.

Then jump onto live chat, request ALL devices to be removed from your account just in case someone has access that they shouldn't. As part of the chat you should be able to get the refund sorted. 
Just make sure you click "chat online" and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.
