Hi evefyone, I've just received a refund of £303.60, 40 months, following an email saying I had cancelled my Entertainment Pass but was still being charged. I don't remember cancelling and although only occasionally do use Now TV. I have checked and it is still working. Can you please advise, any overpayment to me I would rather sort out as soon as possible. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
