Unethical - Unauthorised charging my credit card for services I did not agree to

I have noticed charges from NOW on my Credit card for Now Cinema, which I never agreed to.  

I never used this service or any other at this time, and I never received any email to confirm any purchase from Now.  They could not provide a copy of any email either, even though they said they always send a proof of purchase email.  

I am extremely upset with Now's level of customer service and this clearly unprofessional and unethical practice.  I WILL NOT BE HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH "NOW" & advise anyone reading this, to do the same.

Is anything showing up on your account?

If not then it’s possible another account with the same payment info is set up.
