I had arranged a home move with SKY in December 2019 and they gave me a date in mid January 2020 for installation. I was given codes to view the sports and entertainment channels for NOWTV to cover till my SKY home move is completed. This was a free good will gesture from SKY until my services resume but unfortunately haveing checked my bank account this morning, payments of £54.97 have been taken out of my account. I would like the payments refunded back into my account asap. I cannot believe that there is not a contact number to call the customer service department of NOWTV.
