NOW tv charged my bank account £7.99 on the 3rd of July and 3rd of August 2019. These are unauthorised charges and I’m demanding refunds because I’ve already paid NOW tv from my Vodafone package. I’ve always paid through the package and I don’t know how these charges were made. Please refund my money.
