I am trying to update the payment details on my account.
I have activated a new device with a 3 month pass after not having used my account in well over a year.
I can't activate the pass and assume this is because the payment card listed on my account is out of date.
every time i try to update to a new card the page refreshes and clears the data off the form, no error code.
I have tried to do this on two different devices and with two different cards.
I contacted customer service but after 20 minutes of nothng helpful being suggested the chat window was closed at the other end "due to timeout".
this returning customer is not very impressed.
